As Bruce Springsteen sang, Louise Thunin, born in the USA, has lived her adult life in France after obtaining a Fulbright Scholarship. She has been writing works of fiction and spirituality since 2000 and has obtained literary prizes on both sides of the  Atlantic. She lives in France with her French husband and multilingual cats.

In La Maison/Home, she questions, based on her own life experiences, certain cultural differences, bilingualism, and what the notion of home really means to those who navigate between cultures.
